   • Social Impacts
     • The application can help bring communities together and assist them to get comfortable with people that have disabilities
       • People with tourette syndrome: The application could be a place where people can ask questions about people with tourettes and can communicate with each other
   • Economical Impacts
     • The application could sell certain products for people with disabilities
       • Deaf people: Could sell hearing aids through the use of this application
   • Personal Impacts
     • The application will assist the people with certain disabilities
       • Blind people: The application could use Text To Speech (TTS) so the person knows what information the application is providing
       • Deaf people: The application could assist people with using sign language so they are able to communicate with other people

2. SELF-DETERMINED CRITERIA

   • The web application should be aesthetically pleasing so the audience is engaged and doesn't loose interest
   • The website should validate whether the user is a real person or a robot to satisfy security purposes
   • The application should be easily approachable and easy to access
   • Use a variety of programming features to enhance the user's ease of use with the web application

3. PRESCRIBED CRITERIA

   • The application needs to support atleast one of the user personas
   • The user-interfaces should be developed with consideration of the useability princeiples
   • Must have two datasets (should be 3rd normal form)
   • The datasets should meet the Australian Privacy Principles before being used for the web application

4. CONSTRAINTS/LIMITATIONS

   • Real world limitations
     • The publishment of this web application
       • Cost to host this website
       • Should run on a credible server host site
         • Or else could be easy to hack or crash the website ,could result in slow loading or poor Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
   • Constraints within the task
     • A maximum of two datasets allowed
     • Code must be done through the use of Python
       • Code for the prototype demonstrating: selection, iteration, user input and data output
