3. So what are records?

   • They are all the stored information of a specific area in a database.
     • For example, if you have a database of all the customers for your shop, it would contain all the details of one specific customer, while other records would contain the details of other customers.

4. What are the advantages of records.

   • They organise all the information the user will need, so it is easy to access, view and edit.
