     • a modern innovation is the sectional temperature control that can keep fozen and chilled in the same fridge

     • this was once a very basic storage item, however it has grown in popularity and style

       • wooden knife holders are often in blocks of wood with different sized slices that the knives can slot into
       • a metal knife holder is usually used in a more professional kitchen, as it can have features to keep the knives sharp, as well as safe

       • a magnetic strip or magnetic block of metal is attatched to the wall and the knives hang by their blades

2. Bedroom

         • this type usually come as flat pack and enable the person to choose the height of each shelf and so they can be more effective

         • these are very expensive, however they are made to fit in a space perfectly and minimise the space taken up

         • they are usually expensive and made of hardwood to look good

       • these prevent books from falling over when the shelf is not full

       • limiting as drawers don't usually go more than half way deep
       • usually keeps thing like bedding or non essentials

       • the things on the bed get messed up

       • one way this design has been improved was to make notches for the hangers

       • modern bespoke wardrobes have used draws that extend when doors open

         • very sturdy although it needs a sealant to protect the metals from ware

         • usually not used as they are quite small and the colour gets bleach under UV rays

     • many of them have a limited amount of walls as they are not needed to support the logs
       • this means they are more efficient
       • this allows the focus to be on design as more up market log stores are seen more as an aesthetic, or fashion accesoruy
