   • Methodology for creative problems solving includes emphaty, imagination and experimation
   • This process draws not only on analysis and reasoning, but also on logic, imagination, intuition and system thinking
   • What does it consist of ?
     • Process of searching for innvative alternatives to solve problesms

5. Its five stages

   • evaluate
     • Constumers test and evaluate previusly pruduced protothypes
       • Acording to the criticism og the consumers , the work team will be able to make corrections in the protothypes
     • This emperical validation stage is crucial to discover mistakes and seccesses
   • Prototiphing
     • it basically consist of materializing the selected ideas
       • Digital
         • A beta webside, for example
       • Physical
         • Such as a drawing or dising
         • In general, these prototyes are made with low-cost materials, such as paper, cardboard or prototypes
           • This will depend on the budget available
   • Ideate
     • The team must think creatively and come up with more than one idea to solve the specific problems it has identified
       • To carry it out in the best way, techniques to stimulate creativity and free thinking can be used
   • Define
     • For this, a thorough evaluation of the wide variety of problems previously detected is carry out
       • By determinig the core needs, it will be possible to propose measures to reach a defenitive solution
   • Empathize
     • It is considered the essential phase of this methodology and deals with the discovery and understanding of the consumers main needs
       • This empathic process focused on deeply analyzing the customer, understanding their true motivation and making them ones own
         • To carry out this explorations, it is not enough to observe users; it is also necessary to interact with them
