   • By the Early Renaissance artists painted people more realistically and placed them in three-dimensional settings.

2. Architecture

   • The architecture of the time was also inspired by ancient Greece and Rome

3. High Renaissance (1470 - 1530)

   • These years saw an explosion in creativity. Compositions, that is, where people and objects are placed in an image, are balanced, proportion is perfected.

4. What did they wear?

   • Women wore sweeping gowns and men had to wear a hat.
