1. How do we educate teachers to use technologies better for their teaching?

   • Estimulating/encouraging them to use it
   • Offering courses and trainning
   • Showing them useful tools
   • Showing them the importance and benefits of using technologies
   • keeping in mind that the technology does not replace them, but empower them

2. How do we make a stronger link between research and practice?

   • Researching inclusive activities that students with special needs can produce with the whole class.
   • Asking students if they have enjoyed the teaching methods.
   • Analyzing if the proposed activities were easier for the students than the activities done before the new content.
   • Comparing your research with other teachers' research to come up with new ideas and inspire them.
   • Researching together with the students, giving space to them to demostrate what they found on the internet.
