   • Blood Loss ~ < 750 mL % Blood loss ~ < 15 Heart Rate ~  <100 Systolic ~ Within Normal Limits Pulse Pressure ~ Within Normal Limits  Capillary Refill ~ Within Normal Limits  Respiratory Rates ~ 14-20  CNS / Mental Status ~ Slightly Anxious Skin Condition ~ Cool, Pale Urine Output ~ > 30 mL/H Fluid Replacement ~ Crystalloid 
2. Class II

   Nota:

   • Blood loss ~ 750 - 1,500 % Loss ~ 15 - 30  Heart rate ~ >100  Systolic ~ Normal Pulse Pressure ~ Narrow Capillary Refill ~ Delayed  Respiratory Rate ~ 20 - 30  CNS / Mental State ~ Mildly Anxious  Skin Condition ~ Cool, Pale Urine Output ~ 20 - 30  Fluid Replacement ~ Crystalloid 
3. Class III

   Nota:

   • Blood Loss ~ 1500 - 2000 % Loss ~ 30 - 40 Heart Rate ~ > 120  Systolic ~ Low Pulse Pressure ~ Narrow Capillary Refill ~ Delayed Respiratory Rate ~ 30 - 40 CNS / Mental Status ~ Anxious and confused Skin Condition ~ Cold , Pale, Moist Urine Output ~ 5 - 15 Fluid Replacement ~ Crystalloid and Blood
4. Class IV

   Nota:

   • Blood Loss ~ > 2000  Loss ~ > 40%  Heart Rate ~ > 140  Systolic ~ Low Pulse Pressure ~ Very Narrow Capillary Refill ~ Absent Respiratory Rate ~ > 35 CNS / Mental Status ~ Confused and Lethargic Skin Condition ~ Cool , Cyanotic Urine Output ~ Minimal or None Fluid Replacement ~ Crytalloid and Blood

• 4-6 Minutes without permanent damage

Nota:

• 45 Mins without permanent damage

Nota:

• No more than 2 hours without permanent damage
