1. Data base is files that you can access easily you store your files in a specific place.

2. Examples of data base:

   • Dictionaries Paper base
     • Phone contacts Electronic
       • Library Paper base
         • This is just paper because you could get it on the internet aswell but it would not be the exact thing.
         • A Chinese menu both.
           • This is both because you could get a menu through the post or you could go on the website and find one.
       • This is just electronic because you cannot get some ones phone number on google.
       • Catalogue Both
         • A catalogue is both because you can get on a website and find one or go to a shop and get one.
     • This is both because you can get this on paper and in the internet.

3. What does the school store about you?

   • A school has your date of birth, who you are, were you live, your parents.
     • All of these things are specific information about you.
     • My name.
       • My age
   • Gender

   • Electronic
     • Having files in a safe place in side a computer if someone was to steel it they wouldt be able to get in without the key to decript it.
   • Paper base
     • You dont have to save your work and if a computer was stolen
