Super Smash Bros Algorithm

1. Character Choices

   • Kirby
     • The positive thing about Kirby is the recovery and moves that he has. He can easily recover from being knocked if the map and he can copy signature moves of other characters with his isolated down move.
     • The negative thing about Kirby is that his defense is weak and he is a light character which mean he takes more knock back than most other opponents. His weakness is playing against a more robust player.
   • Little Mac
     • The reason I chose Little Mac is because of the amount of damage he does with every hit. Since he is a attack type character and the assessment does not care about defense then I thought this might be the best character to choose.
       • Character Moves for Little Mac
         • 1. Straight Smash Right Stick (Right) or Right + Attack Forward smash. Can be targeted high, mid, or low. 2. Up Smash Right Stick (Up) or Up + Attack. 3. Down Smash Right Stick (Down) or Down + Attack. 4. Straight Lunge Special. 5. Jolt Haymaker Right Special or Left Special. 6. Rising Uppercut Up Special. 7. Slip Counter Down Special. 8. Giga Mac Rush full meter Special.
   • Snake
     • Snake is a very versatile player and can punish your opponents if they are careless, he has a lot of useful move that he can use like his homing missile that you can contorle a grenade that you can throw and even a land mine that you can controll when it expoldes.
     • Snake weakness is recovery and close combat. His recovery is very weak and is vulnerable when launched off the map. In close combat he is not very good cant combo in close combat.

2. Super Smash Bros the Game

   • Super Smash Bros is a 2018 fighting multiplayer game that introduces characters from different gaming franchises. It is a game that you can only play on a Nintendo Switch Consol.

3. Console and Hardware

   • The Nintendo Switch game controller is called the JoyCons they can be played in multiple ways connected to the controller or by itself. The way that they charge is by connecting it to the dock.
   • The Nintendo Switch Console is a portable video game player. That was made and produced by the Nintendo Franchise. There are three types of Switch Console you can get. The original is the Nintendo switch. There is a only portable version calle Nintendo Switch Lite. And there is the Oled Version of the new Nintendo.
   • Screen
   • SSD Game Card. You put it into the slot on top of the Nintendo Switch on the right corner of the Nintendo. It reads the SSD game card and collects all the data in the card which enable you to play the game with little to no lag depending on what you display it on.

               • In the algorithm I have used all algorithm constructs. And shown evidence, algorithm constructs include Sequence, Assignment, Selection and Condition, and Iteration.

               • The structure of the algorithm is well thought and all the indentations are correct and are in their correct places.

               • There are not many outputs which makes it easy to follow as well as keeping the steps to defeat the opponent concise.

           • Develop an ultimate high damage finishing offensive strategy to eliminate the opponent

               • Special moves are key to make attack algorithm and since a high attack character is chosen it makes it even easier. I have had experience playing with Little Mac (chosen character). I have used all most all of his special moves and have experienced using all of them.

               • Almost all Little Macs moves are high damage if used correctly. In the algorithm I have used almost all of his highest attacks to make a ultimate attack algorithm to finish of the opponent.

               • Little Mac is a very difficult to handle combos on. But with the right conditions and playing experience. It can be done. And if done correctly they can be very punishing.

               • I have experience with playing Little Mac and I am comfortable with it.

               • I have a Super Smash Bros at home and I have played little mac and have played it enough to be comfortable with it.

               • I know that little mac is usually a super close combat player since his origin is from Punch Out which is a 19s boxer game and since I more comfortable with close combat rather than long it makes it the perfect character.
