   • All the dark colours and shades create a moody atmosphere
   • • This is where the dark colours of this picture lie on the colour wheel

   • He uses artificial light
   • light source is coming for behind the door with created mysterious and moody feeling
   • makes you want to find out what is behind those doors

4. Denotation

   • On this image you can see an empty room with almost closed door and a light source behind it, the room had window on the right had side next to the door

5. Connotation

   • The artist has used an artificial light and placed it behind the door of a quiet a dark room creation a very doody and mysterious atmosphere as you have no idea what is hidingd being the door. the image is shoot from the back of the room looking directly at the door with might create a feeling that it is a view of someone who is a dangerous situation and is hoping to find a safe place to hide from whatever danger is behind those doors flashing a light to find him.

6. Paradoxical

   • Whats behind the door? Is someone already in the room? what is the light source? If you came up to the door would you be able to see whats behind it if you looked thru the whole in it?
