ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS

1. PLAGIARISM

   • Do not copy anyone else work
   • Acknowledge any sources used
   • Maintain originality in my work

2. CONFIDENTIALITY

   • Inform anyone I interview of the nature and purpose of my research
   • Ask permission to interview people and use thier answers
   • Keep identities anonymous if requested
   • Do not pass any information without concent

3. RESPECT

   • Be respectful and well mannered when interviewing people
   • Be careful not to offend any institutions, groups of people, ethnicities, genders, etc by listing them as factors contributing to boarding students + schools.
   • Do not steryeotype and be careful of offensive generalizations
   • Remain objective and analytical; not emotional or judgemental when into specific areas

4. Saefty

   • Do not put myself at risk
   • Ensure safe transport to and from locations I visit for research
   • Inform my parents of my location when conducting research
   • Be caucious when provifing any personal information
