1. InfoSteward Rules

   • Define the mandatory infosteward rules to follow
   • Limit the quantity of characters for address line 1 and 2
   • Define abbreviations standards in order to keep the data within an order an logic
   • Dedupe duplicate records on daily basis for trash avoindance

2. Process Mapping

   • Accurately create a process map that covers the End to End processes
   • Establish a deadline to get each process map done
   • Review all process maps with the properly stakeholders to make sure they are accurate enough to share with business executives and post them on a SharePoint site

3. Process Standards

   • Define process standards and rules to follow
   • Limit the data that can be entered as per process definitions
   • Govern the data that is registered in the daily basis operations by the MDM teams in order to manipulate the data as per business needs

4. Documentation

   • Create RACI charts for each process
   • Create functional process maps
   • Create process work instructions
   • Create SOPs documents

5. Data Validation/Quality

   • Implement quality metrics/KPIs to measure data accuracy
   • Determine a target that becomes achievable by the data entry teams
   • Define which fields are being audited as they may impact the business negatively and which are not that important
