   • Compares two things, usually in combination with THAN
   • ONE OR TWO SYLLABLE (the stress is on the second syllable:
     • Add: -ER
       • OLD - OLDER
         • My dad is older than my mother
     • If the noun finishes in -e
       • Add: -R
         • SAFE - SAFER
   • TWO SYLLABLE: (the stress is on the first syllable) OR MORE
     • PUT "MORE" BEFORE THE ADJETIVE
       • SILENT - MORE SILENT

2. SUPERLATIVES

   • ONE OR TWO SYLLABLES
     • THE + ADJETIVE - EST
       • THE SMALLEST TABLE
   • TWO SYLLABLES OR MORE
     • THE MOST + ADJETIVE
       • THE MOST INTERESTING PERSON

3. COMPARATIVE AND SUPERLATIVE EXCEPTIONS:

   • GOOD - BETTER - BEST
     • BAD - WORSE - WORST
       • MUCH/MANY - MORE - MOST
