1. Keeping the network secure

   • Pen-testing whenever there is an update to the server
   • Anti-malware software periodically scan for malware everyday at night at 10:00pm

2. Reduce the risk of data lost

   • Full back up every year and then incremental back ups every week
   • Making sure students cant access all the teachers files and cannot delete files on the shared server

3. Keeping data safe

   • User-access levels teachers should have access to more of the files
   • Quarantine for infected files
   • Make sure all students and teachers have a safe password containing at least 8 characters, capital letter and a number
   • Make sure all students and teachers have agreed to an acceptable use policy

4. Maintain excellent network performance

   • Make sure all scan happen at night at 10:00pm
   • Back up sever just in case the server crashes
