one dimensional array

1. one-dimension means that there is only one parameter to deal with. In regular terms, it is the length of something.

   • In primitive data type array, all elements are of a specific primitive data type.

2. One-dimensional array in Java programming is an array with a bunch of values having been declared with a single index.

   • The array size is fixed and cannot change at runtime of the program.

4. is one of the most basic ways of storing variables and data that are of the same type (int, double, String, etc) in a straight line of memory.

   • the base type for the array determines what type of data the array will hold.

5. They are statically allocated a certain amount of memory when you compile your program based on how you declare it to be and are unable to be resized later

   • Its position accesses every data element of an array, and an integer value indicates that position that starts from 0 (zero)

6. The memory allocated to an array is consecutive. Each data item is an element of the array.

7. Setting up an array requires that you inform Java what type of data is being stored in it – strings, Booleans, integers, and so on
