   • the question
     • 8 divide by 2=
       • place the numbers in bus stop
         • so that 2 is before the line
           • and 8 is under
             • and see how many 2 go into 8
               • which is 4
                 • that is your answer
                   • that works for anything
         • the picture below is the bus stop method

2. timesing

   • 2 times 8
     • so you pu one number on top and one below this is called the colam method
       • this is the column method
         • then you times them together them up

3. adding

   • 2 add 8
     • you use the column method
       • and just add them togeteher
         • where you get 10
           • this way works for lots of numbers
