3. By Subject

   • Characteristics
     • The topic it deals with is taken into account
       • It can be called thematic or topical

4. Numeric

   • Characteristics
     • A number is assigned to each client or company
       • It is confidential and easy to use

5. Variadex

   • Characteristics
     • Colors are used guided by the second letter of the first unit
       • The colors to be used depending on the letter are orange, yellow, green, blue, green and purple
