IDEA DEVELOPMENT

  1. TEAM 1

    • Development of creative problem-solving ideas
      • Preparation.
        • This phase comprises the period of detection and identification of the problem, as well as the efforts of understanding and training related to it and the search for information through the analysis of the environment. This process of analysis and research is conscious and voluntary
      • Incubation
        • It is the disconnection from the problem, moving away from it for a variable time (hours, weeks, months or even years), can produce the circumstances and stimuli necessary for us to conceive the idea or solution, until then inaccessible at a conscious level, to the problem we are trying to solve.
      • Enlightenment.
        • This is the phase in which ideas and solutions to our problem begin to emerge. This moment has been called by some authors as Eureka experience, which materializes in the final idea to solve or overcome the problem or challenge we are facing.
      • Verification.
        • Once the idea or creative solution has been conceived, we are in the verification stage, which involves the analysis and evaluation of the idea in order to refine it and determine whether it is the most suitable solution to solve our problem.
    • Creativity techniques to develop ideas.
      • What are they?
        • Creative techniques respond to the need of work teams to find the best solutions to certain problems. It often happens that, although the members of a team have very good ideas, they do not always know how to develop or apply them.
    • List of Osborn questions
      • What are they?
        • This is a fundamental set of questions that are used to formulate as many approaches to the problem to formulate as many approaches to the problem as possible to open up the perspective we have on the problem. They are also useful for the perception of new uses, applications or possibilities of a product or service.
    • Random word method
      • The development of this technique plans to associate any word or image that comes from a context in which it works, obtaining new mental relationships and new ideas of possible solutions. The brain is a self-organizing system and is very good at making connections.
    • Morphological tables
      • It is based on the conception that any object of our thought is composed or integrated by a certain number of elements and on the consideration that these have their own identity and can be isolated.
    • Analogy
      • What is it?
        • It is a comparison between objects, concepts or experiences. When establishing an analogy, the particular and general characteristics are indicated and the similarities and differences between the contrasted elements are established. Similarity is one of the bases of analogy. analogy has a relationship of similarity between two elements that are not quite alike, but contain a similar characteristic.
      • Function .
        • Analogy helps us to understand novel theories or concepts, to explain scientific concepts, to solve new difficulties from previous similar problems, and even to predict future events from past events, or to interpret present events with similar characteristics to past ones. That is why analogy can be used in various fields of knowledge, such as language and formal logic, law, philosophy, biology or geography
  2. TEAM 3

    • Models or Prototypes.
      • Prototyping. It is a less formal method of development. Prototyping is a technique for understanding specifications. A prototype can be eliminated. A prototype can become part of the final product.
    • TECHNICAL VIABILITY
      • The technical feasibility is evaluated before a certain requirement or idea to determine if it is possible to carry it out satisfactorily and in safe conditions with the available technology. verifying various factors such as structural strength, durability, operability, energy implications control mechanisms, depending on the field in question.
    • The product or service
      • This is an analysis of the characteristics of the product or service to be offered, that is, the product to be manufactured or the service to be provided, taking into account its inherent properties (without taking into account the context): its quality, its versatility, its potential, its originality, etc.
    • MARKETING IMPACT
      • The marketing impact requires certain skills such as: research, concentration and interpretation by the staff involved in this situation.
    • COST-BENEFIT
      • The cost/benefit analysis measures the relationship between the cost per unit produced of a good or service and the profit obtained from its sale. This concept is developed in the corporate and business world, but also with other types of activities such as stock market operations.
  3. TEAM 4

    • CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
      • Concept development is a process driven by a set of customer needs and target product specifications that are transformed into a set of conceptual designs and potential technological solutions. These solutions represent a rough description of the product's form, operating principles and features. Often, these concepts are accompanied by industrial design models and experimental prototypes that assist in making final decisions.
    • BENEFITS
      • Advantages typically provided by improving the concept development process include
        • Enabling methodical investigation of all possible sources of solution ideas Include all business stakeholders in the consideration and exploration of widely varying solution ideas Evaluate previously rejected solution concepts Effectively integrate fragmented solutions that are workable
    • PROTOTYPES AND MODELS
      • A development model establishes the order in which things will be done in the project, it provides input and output requirements for each of the activities. It is necessary to highlight the life cycle of the project and the development model. The project life cycle helps control project activities from start to finish. The development model helps us with the way in which we are going to build the product.
    • SOCIAL IMPACT INCLUDES ANY INFLUENCE ON PEOPLE'S FEELINGS, THOUGHTS OR BEHAVIORS.
      • Thus, social impact will depend on the social forces that will bring about the changes, the immediacy of the event, and the number of sources that produce the impact. Thus, the theory of social impact is useful to understand in which social situations a greater influence is produced. The application of social impact varies from diffusion of responsibility to social loafing, stage fright or persuasive communication.
    • LAWS OF SOCIAL IMPACT THEORY
      • The first law is the law of social forces. This law states that social impact is a function of the three factors in the previous section. The second law is the psychosocial law. According to this law, the greatest social impact occurs when there is only one source. That is, when there is no source and suddenly one appears. The third and last law is the law of multiplication and division of impact. According to this law, the strength, immediacy and number of targets play a role in social impact.
    • BRANDING STRATEGY
      • Most companies see brand strategy as an action to increase sales, however, the moment of purchase is only half of the way in the construction of branding. It is necessary to have actions aimed at the consumer, not only in the process prior to choosing our product but also after having done so, in order to achieve a closer relationship with the brand.
