Agile Project Management

1. It is a culture, which is based on cycles, to plan and guide project processes. It allows software development project teams to work quickly and collaboratively. It allows development teams to react quickly to feedback, so they can make changes in every sprint and product cycle.

2. Agile Methodology

   • It is a way of managing a project. By dividing it into several phases, it implies constant collaboration with stakeholders and continuous improvement at each stage, once the work begins, the team goes through a process of planning, executing and evaluating.

3. SDLC

   • Defines the complete development cycle, that is, all the tasks involved in planning, creating, testing, and deploying a software product.

4. Why

   • We have to evolve with the approaches with development. Everyone is responsible for quality.

5. STLC

   • It is a sequence of specific activities performed during the testing process to ensure that software quality objectives are fulfilled. STLC involves verification and validation activities.

6. The three friends

   • They are the dev, the tester and the product owner, between them there must be communication

7. BDD

   • It is a behavior-based approach, It is an agile software process that seeks collaboration and understanding between developers, project managers, and the business team.
   • the BDD defines the tests centered on the user and the behavior of the system and not on its functionalities.
