Commentary

A. 「Nがあります」 indicates that an event or happening will take place.

B. 「に」 indicates that N is the time an event takes place.

C. 「に」 cannot be preceded by words like 「今(いま)」「きのう」「きょう」「あした」 or the interrogative 「いつ」. (④)
