lack of activity on current facebook page. (last post was on the 20th June )

Poor Quality of pictures makes the cakes look unpleasent and not appealing to custormers.

Post more frequently to ecorage traffic on your page

Currently only has 149 likes

Needs new good quality pictures that will attract new custormers. Also need pictures showing custormers in the store having a good time.

Target 300+ likes by November

Current about me page is very doll doesn't really say much to encorage student to come to the store

To achieve this create insentive to like page. For example first 50 student to like the facebook page during the freshers period can be give a 10% discount towards cake or hot drinks

Sponsor a Popular Society like Red Ribbon and ask them to get thier members to like your page by either word of mouth or by sharing your page on their exsiting social media platforms.

Start a hash tag trend. For example custormers to post on facebook #JustCoffee with Name of the friend they are with in the store.

Post videos such as baking cup cakes

Create voting polls to interact with custormers. these polls can be used for Market research also. For example a vote on the cupcake of the week. This will get students talking about their favourite cupcake and might encorage others to try cakes they haven't tried before.
