first >> then , after*, when* >> finally

Luego de after* se emplea el verbo en gerundio (ing)

Luego de when* se temple el verbo en presente simple

Ejemplo:

When the dish is ready, put it on the table.

After beating the eggs, pour them into a frying pan.

After frying the onions, add the tomatoes.

After grating the cheese, cover the mixture with it.

When the meat is done, add the herbs.

After simmering for five minutes, pour in the wine.

When the cake is done, take it out the oven
