Business: In the absence of certain factors in the situation, several elements are joined to provide a service and obtain a benefit from it.

We saw that the industry is divided into 4 parts: Primary,The basic elements to start a business that are obtained by nature.Secondary,the transformation of the elements to use it.Tertiary,when you sell a service.Quaternary,relevant service like technology and education

Partnerships (2 owners of the same business and have the opportunity to become a new business with actionist) ,soletraders (have 1 owner) ,the companies (It doesn’t have 1 owner and it can be a familiar business and usually are a big business),the for-profits organizations(have transferible actions),the micro-finance (little foundations of banks that support social projects with the condition to become a shareholder) ,providers (persons or organization that provides services in exchange for according benefits),the non-profit social organization (ONG,social organization that works with nonprofits) and the charities (organization that is focused in help people with voluntaries).

Public services:organizations financed by the government and parliament to take decisions (the news can affect it)

Mission statement: It’s the social objective of the company and the route

Vision statement: It’s what you would like to do in the future with the business,and the route to how they want to do their mission

Swot:the analize of the company that search the opportunities,their strength,weakness,social impact,mission and vision

Ansoff Matrix:the market analize to introduce the products to asegurate the fulfillment of their mission and vision.

Stakeholders: The social commitment (the way of the company commitment with environment,care about the products that don’t be damage to the planet) this sometimes affect the quality of the products,in this help the stakeholders the first tipes are the internals which they are involved directly in the company like shareholders, employees and members of the board of directions

The second type are the external stakeholders like the social media or the customers both are in the responsibility to make pressure in the company to make sure the fulfillment of the social commitment
