Features - the things users can do in that social community

Target Audience - the types of people at which the online community is aimed

Identity;

Users have a SOCIAL PRESENCE in the online communities (which means how that person is represented online). Your social presence is developed as you contribute online to the social community.

Most online communities require you to have an ONLINE ACCOUNT with a USERNAME and PASSWORD. Changing your USER PROFILE allows you to create your online social presence.
