Description

• 1. Survey:: It is used to find information about buying habits. The method used is questionnaries or surveys, there are several questions that you have to fill in the space, like tick the box, shaded box circle the awnser or shadow/ select awnser.

• 2. Fewer errors
• 3. Less expensive
• 4. Easier to do a statistic analysis

• 2. Address list:: this are used to store information such as personal information. the address book appliccations help organise their personal records into groups like:
• 1. Family
• 2. Friends
• 3. Work colleagues
• This helps the search of information by certain names given this would be linked devices will be updated with the latest information.

• Clubs and society records: It records the membership number, name, payment details and personal details, etc... It is a simple data base it helps so we don't need pap0er records, this scans really quick all the records on a file and finds out who could this topic interest someone. Thery immediately contact this member or send a message to this person by any source of communication.

• School Reports:
• Data stored on academic performace of the students that make part of this school. It is used to cheek how the students are doing academicly this year. It is also used to create copy of he progress in a report form.
• Advantages:
• 1. It is easier to create a report.
• 2. Database is stored.
• Disadvantage:
• 1. If the system doesn't work than you lose your info.

• School Libraries::They work with barcodes, that regester all the information about the book that was taken from the library. Also it has the information of the person how takes books.
• Advantages:
• It stores the information in a high capacity.
• It takes less space in the area were you work.
• Disadvantage:
• If the system falls the information is lost.
• If the wreong barcode is inserted there can be a problem when registering it back to the system.
