Question Answer
What do you think are the most common passwords? A pet’s name and the word ‘password.’
What is your password? You shouldn't share your password with anyone else! Treat it like a toothbrush and don’t share it with anyone.
What should you do if someone finds out what your password is? Change it.
How can you make your passwords strong and therefore hard for people to work out or guess?  use letters and numbers  use a minimum of 8 characters  don’t use personal information  use characters like brackets  use a mixture of capitals and lower case letters  use a sentence / song lyric instead of a word  only use the first letters of that sentence  use different languages  choose something that is easy to remember!
Why should you have different passwords and PIN numbers for different accounts? If someone finds out one of your passwords, they could have access to lots of your personal accounts!
How often should you change your passwords? There is no set answer, as long as you do it regularly (e.g. at least twice a year). Remember that you should not use the same password again!
