How is conscience formed? Practice frequently and honest self-examination, which leads to sincere repentance
The fullness of conscience Involves a clear awareness that every Christian is called by Baptism to become a saint
Two elements of a sincere repentance Contrition, or the sorrow for our sins, and Purpose of admendment, the intention to avoid sin in the future
Spiritual direction The counsel of some wise person who can advice us on spiritual lives' progress
