The origin of moral evil	Is the free decision of a man to reject God's moral law
Effects of the graces received through the sacraments	The person is enlightened about how to follow Christ and strengthened to perform actions that fulfill God's plan
Grace and freedom	Grace does not diminish the freedom but helps to see the truth more clearly and gives the strength to conquer passions
How to align our will with God's will?	By obeying the prompting of grace, we grow in inner freedom and confidence
Conscience	It is witnessed both in Sacred Scriptures and through human experience
How is conscience formed?	Practice frequently and honest self-examination, which leads to sincere repentance
The fullness of conscience	Involves a clear awareness that every Christian is called by Baptism to become a saint
Two elements of a sincere repentance	Contrition, or the sorrow for our sins, and Purpose of admendment, the intention to avoid sin in the future
Spiritual direction	The counsel of some wise person who can advice us on spiritual lives' progress
