What is war? War is an armed conflict between two or more nations. there are many causes of war and it is a combination of factors that lead to war.
Why do wars occur? - Self defence (to defend your country if attacked) -Economics/natural resources - Fear -National pride -Fighting against injustice and aggression -Racial or ethnic hatred -Protecting people from persecution and exploitation
Darfur (2003-2007) A civil war between the Sudanese army (supported by the government and an Arab military group, the Janjaweed) and a number of different mainly non-Arab groups (including Sudan Liberation Movement and the Justice and Equality movement)
