what is an Axis ? Line that connects the north pole with the south pole. Which Earth rotates around.
What is a revolution? It is a one complete orbit around the sun.
What are seasons ? Summer, autumn , winter , spring which are caused by the tilt the planet's axis.
what is a day ? The time and measurement of time a planet takes to rotate completely around it's own axis . often about 24 hours.
what is a year ? The period of time a planet takes to revolve around the sun.
why do we see the sun moving from east to west ? the sun does not actually move anywhere, it is the earth it self spinning from west to east which makes the sun appear like it is moving.
why are areas around the equator much hotter than other normal areas? because they are pointing towards the sun, the sunlight that falls on them is always bright and it's heat is always concentrated.
