PROS - Good for disabled people to carry around as a communication device - Can be transformed into desktop computer by attaching external mouse and keyboard -Suitable for people on the move - Can run off a battery when electricity is unavailable - Can store files to the hard drive and take them with you CONS - Likely to get stolen - Prone to damage eg, thin screens - Likely to run out of battery which then need to be charged, more powerful programs require more battery - Not easy to upgrade - More expensive for the same specification as a desktop
