    1. A fraction is in its minimum expression when the top and bottom can not be smaller. That is to say that they can not continue dividing
      1. To simplify a fraction, divide the top and bottom by the highest number that can divide into both numbers exactly.

      1. The equivalent fraction is the same fraction written in another way
        1. The rule to remember is: "Change the bottom using multiply or divide, And the same to the top must be applied"
      2. A FRACTION AS SUM OFUNIT
        1. A unit fraction is a number written as a fraction where the numerator is one and the denominator is the same of the original fraction.
        2. WHOLE TO FRACTION
          1. To convert a whole to fraction, follow these steps: 1. Multiply the whole number part by the fraction's denominator. 2.Add that to the numerator 3.-Write that result on top of the denominator

            1. To convert a fraction to whole , follow these steps: 1. Divide the numerator by the denominator. 2. Write down the whole number answer 3. Then write down any remainder above the denominator.
