  1. Spaced practice
    1. start a time before studying for exams
      1. studying a little every day
        1. you can start studying two weeks before

        3. Retrieval practice
          1. check your memory writing everything you remember without seeing your book

            2. you could try practise with your friends to make it less difficult
              1. you can make test in group or even make your own test
            3. Elaboration
              1. Ask yourself questions about how everything you learn can be connected to each other
                1. then find the answers in your class materials and can discuss it with your partners
                  1. and at the end you can prove it asking to your teacher
                2. try to think how things work and why

                  1. while you're studying try to not just focus in one topic
                    1. switch between topic while you study
                      1. to learn more you can go back to the previous topics in different orders
                        1. when you switch of topic try to search connectors between them

                          1. in that way you will understand how the example is applied

                          1. look for visuals and try to descibre it with your own words

                              1. then you can compare them and verify if you had the main ideas well
