        1. Fluidoterapia RL: 10-20ml/kg/hora IV até estabilizar hipovolemia
          1. Ondansetrona: 0,1-1mg/kg

            2. Possível doença concomitante: HAC
              1. Monitorar glicemia a cada 1-2 horas
