1. is very important step in research process

   • There are two sources of data collection:
     • Primary data
       • It is the data collected by the researcher first time
         • Can be collected through
           • Survey
             • Observation, interview, questionnaire etc.
     • Secundary date
       • Are the data which is collected by any other person and used by the researcher.
         • It Is collected through library, internet etc.
     • The researcher should select one of these methods of collecting the data
       • Considering the objective and scope of the inquire, financial resource and the available time
