"My Choice" board e.g. when picking a song to sing etc
"Our rules" and "class rules" book - visuals and rules
Red (help!) and green (I'm fine) cards - child uses them independently if they need help with their work. Red/green band - turn to red when need help
Visual aids - e.g. STOP symbol picture, "too loud" picture, "sssh" picture
Emotion cards/fans - use to understand behaviour/emotion
"Choosing box" - visual aids of their favourite things to do, child gets to choose when they have completed their work
Books - what is going to happen in the class/activities/lessons
Visual timetable - now, then, next
Sand timers - working until timer is up
Trays - objects that the child likes in the tray, when completed activity/work, child gets to play with it/hold it
