El cumpimiento de la prestacion tributaria puede ser de manera coactiva
Elementos:
Sujeto activo:
Es el que reclama el pago del tributo
Sujeto pasivo:
Se encuentra obligado al pago del tributo
Es el hecho que se tiene que realizar para que se imponga el pago del tributo
Elementos del hecho generador:
Elemento objetivo:
Cnsiste en la descripcion del hecho concreto en la norma tributaria que el contribuyente de la obligacion puede realizar materialmente
Elemento subjetivo:
Referido a los sujetos que intervienen en la obligacion tributaria una vez que se ha realizado el hecho generador.
Elemento activo:
Es el ente publico acreedor del tributo, a quien la ley ha conferido dicha atribucion.
Elemento temporal:
Es el que nos permite determinar el momento en el que se realiza el hecho generador.
