Find the strength of CuSO4 iodometrically
- Method
- Take 10 ml of CuSO4 solution in a conical Flask
- Add about 10% KI solution of 10 ml
volume into it and titrate the conical
flask contents against sodium
thiosulphate solution taken in the
burette till it becomes light yellow.
- At this stage add freshly prepared starch solution into
conical flask. and cotinue tirtation till deep blue colour
of the soution disappears.
- Repeat the process for 3 concordant
reading
- Repeat for unknown concentration
- Repeat for unknown concentration
