  5. The time to respond to the request for registration is 15 business days in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of the Colombian Administrative Contentious Code
According to the Colombian Civil Procedure Code, any document issued by a public entity of a foreign country must be in accordance with the postulates the Hague Convention
The procedure is carried out before the National Copyright Office, Registration Office and is completely free.
