A state doesn't exist until is recognized by other states

Recognition is merely an acceptance of the existence. Which antecedes the act of recognition.

Recognition of the statehood of certain international entity
Recognition of governments as distincts from states is now abolished. Recognition of a state implies recognition of its government
4 De Facto
Implies cognition of the new state of affairs but is pendant of a definitive recognition. It might be a "sub judice" recognition until a definitive decision is made
5 De Iure
Implies full recognition of capacities and personality of the state. Legal consequences.
5.1 Legal Effects
Recognition of a state has effects in the International level. However it cannot be argued that non recognition of a states deemes it free from following norms of non agression
It can be said that to the domestic level recognition is constitutive because once the superior entity of the state recognizes other states, the autorithies at a lesser level are obliged to accept this recognition.
