1. Do you feel obligated to work here due to financial reason?
2. Does having a job in order to pay rising college costs, affect how many hours of studying you do?
3. How do you feel rising tuition costs affects you personally?
4. Do you ever take on more shifts just for the money?
5. If the rise of college costs continues, would you take on more hours at work?
6. How do you feel about loans?
  1. Would you take on more shifts or would you rather take out loans to cover the rising cost?
  2. Have you taken out any loans?
  3. Do you think you will be able to pay off your loans easily with your future job or do you see yourself in debt for a while?
7. Would you ever consider dropping out if the cost of attending UCSB has a price spike?
8. What is your main reason for working here?
