      2. Women having children later. This means they have less time to have as many children.
        1. 1976 - average age was 24 Now it is 30
        2. More women not having children at all.
          1. Women born 1945-1955, 1 in 10 had no children. women born 1975-1985, 1 in 5 had no children,
          2. Material objects are seen as more rewarding than children.
            1. Women may want to pursue a career.
