The Dragon Keeper Prediction Flow Chart

Front cover~ This book looks like it is set in ancient China and is based largely around the existence of dragons and a special girl. I believe that there will be a large quest, in which we will follow the girl and learn as she does. So far, I am thinking that this book will contain lots of fact but will also contain legend.
1. Chapter 1 Quote~ From this quote, I can evaluate that the girl on the front cover is a slave who has a particularly sour master. I am beginning to think that this story is a tale of a slave girl who escapes her master and must endure a perilous journey.
  1. Chapter 2 Quote and Previous Chapter~ Wow! The slave girl in this story has a horrible master and works particularly hard. Her story is quite tragic. I think that the author has created this story to show dramatic contrast - I know that she will escape and the contrast between her free life and slave life will be huge. This demonstratesthe social system in the Han Dynasty. (I checked this fact in the back of the book with the glossary.) The foreshadowing and the quote create an atmosphere that makes me anxious. Her previous actions the night before will have some impact on her life.
Chapter 3 Quote and Previous Chapters~ "Bow down or you will be beheaded, slave." Uh-oh. I predict that the pickle that Evil Lan made will have a large impact on the story, (Can you actually eat dragon or is it poisonous?) This 'sin' will be the reasoning for any bad events that face the slave girl. I feel like she will be caught out for the pickle or something similar and her escape will begin to unfold.
1. Chapter 4 Quote and Previous Chapters~ The quote and previous chapters have led to the escape of the slave girl. I am predicting that she will run to the dragon and help him escape from the Dragon Hunter. I can feel that this relationship between the girl and the dragon will blossom into a true friendship. Will it be all Hollywood where the dragon saves the girl and they go on a journey as friends, hiding from the Dragon Hunter?
  1. Chapter 5 Quote and Previous Chapters~ The Chapter 5 quote suggests that the relationship between the girl and dragon grows in a comical but nice way. I feel that the dragon will be a protector of the girl and will open up her mind to the world. I also wonder why the Stone is so valuable to the dragon and why the girl can hear the metallic dragon sounds as words. Maybe Lan was not the true Dragon Keeper.
Chapter 6 Quote and Previous Chapters~ Danzi has deceived Ling and I feel that he has done this because he sees that she has some connection to the Stone. I am still curious about the Stone but I feel that this will be answered as the story unravels. Is it now obvious that Ping is not safe to return to Huangling. The rumors created about Ping will prove to be a struggled. I predict that there will be some "Capture ~ Escape ~ Capture" dilemmas. Something bigger has also occurred at Huangling.
1. Chapter 7 Quote and Previous Chapters~ The previous kind acts of the peasant family demonstrate the beliefs of those in Ancient China. "The Gods favor those who are kind to travelers." I believe that the Chapter quote refocuses my previous prediction that Lan was not the true Dragon Keeper.
  1. Chapter 8 Quote and Previous Chapters~ I really liked the past chapter. It shows the difference between social classes in the Han Dynasty. Danzi obviously knows something but is hiding it from Ping, very much like Obi Wan Kenobi and Gandalf who generally keep their knowledge to themselves. I am also feeling uneasy about Ping and Danzi travelling into the Capitol. (**FORESHADOWING~~**)
Chapter 9 Quote and Previous Chapters~ I loved the imagery in the last chapter!! I felt like I was there~ This man in the house must be trusted by Danzi but I still have to investigate his role in the story. The chapter quote related back to my prediction that Ping may be the ACTUAL dragon keeper because she can talk to the dragon but I wonder if this new character can too.
1. Chapter 10 Quote and Previous Chapters~ I am suspicious of this Wang character... I feel that he has a greater role - and is possibly an antagonist. And the chapter quote!! NOO!! DANZI IS GOING TO BE SEVERELY DAMAGED!!
  1. Chapter 11 Quote and Previous Chapters~ O~~ I like the figure of speech, "... but the wind carried her words in the wrong direction." Amazing~ I CANT BELIEVE THAT PING LOST THE STONE!! Karma will follow but I have a feeling that Long Danzi will force her to go back and retrieeve the stone. I also feel that this is not going to be the last encounter that Ping and Danzi have with Diao. What will happen to Ping? :O Maybe Diao or Master Lan has returned.
Chapter 12 Quote and Previous Chapter~ Aww!~~ I love the connection between Ping and Danzi. What will she do about the people at the lake though? They will no doubt make another sacrafice. This must have something to do with the dragon stone. Ping will try to help the people and will drag Danzi into trouble. (WHY DO HE KEEP GETTING HURT?!) I really don't want to keep reading. Only half way through and I am too attached. When the book ends, I know I will be balling. The end of the book will involved the finding of the Stone and the Ocean. I believe that Danzi wants the Stone to touch the Ocean to regenerate it.
1. Chapter 13 Quote and Previous Chapters~ OH NO! I can;t believe these events! I am guessing that Ping works tirelessly to drag the dragon to saftey and works to recover him. I have noticed that many bad events have begun occurring since the Stone went missing.
  1. Chapter 14 Quote and Previous Chapters~ Finally back on the road, I am hoping that they stay off the main road and take a safer path. By the sounds of the quote, I think Danzi is leading Ping off back to the Stone.
Chapter 15 Quote and Previous Chapters~ Oo~ I like this Jiang Bing character - I feel as if I can trust her and see her as a motherly figure for Ping.The Chapter Quote and title~ FIRE MOUNTAIN. NOOOO! I predict that this is either the Mountain of the Dragon or a Volcano. I am just hoping that Ping and Danzi don't run into more trouble but I can feel something brewing.
1. Chapter 16 Quote and Previous Chapters~ DUN DUN DUUUN. NECROMANCER. I believe that Ping will sneak in and take the Stone and just manage to make an escape. She will alert Danzi and they will run back into the forest and away from the Shadow of the Fire Mountain, the volcano which is undoubtedly going to blow.
  1. Chapter 17 Quote and Previous Chapters~ No~ I think that Ping will go back to find Hua and the Dragon but I feel like something will happen with Hua. I feel like she has been neglecting their relationship. AND BING! SHE WAS EVIL! NOOO!
    1. Chapter 18 Quote and Previous Chapters~ From this quote and title, I predict that Ping will meet her parents, Master Lan, Diao or Wang (Especially after the Bing incident.)
Chapter 19 Quote and Previous Chapters~ No! The Emperor must've died from the pickle. I predict that this new emperor is just as cruel as Lan. Based off the quote, I believe that he will try to enslave her.
1. Chapter 20 Quote and Previous Chapters~ Is this a romance budding? haha Ping and the Emperor seem to get along well but I feel so bad for Hua and Danzi!! Hopefully this night of luxury does not hurt their relationships. I think that they will attempt to escape during the Emperors purification ceremony.I really don't know what to think about this Emperor's plans.
  1. Chapter 21 Quote and Previous Chapters~ NO! (DON'T CRY. DON'T CRY.) I feel so stupid for tearing up. WANG WAS EVIL! I KNEW IT! He has taken the Stone but I don't know why the dragon has gone...If Wang wanted Danzi earlier, he has many chances.I am starting to lie this paiting of the Emperor and Ping!~~ The quote suggests that she thinks that Danzi betrayed her. That scream of betrayal stung... Ouch.
    1. Chapter 22 Quote and Previous Chapters~ I am sure that Ping will encounter the Dragon Hunter, and while it is out of her nature, blood will be spilt. Either Diao's or Danzis. Getting worried! Hopefully Ping still travels to the Ocean with Danzi.
      1. Chapter 23 Quote and Previous Chapters~ I am still wondering about Wang. While he will die, I need to know more about why he took Danzi. OCEAN~ They are going to the Ocean and the story of the Stone will become clear~
        Chapter 24 Quote and Previous Chapters~ NO! POOR HUA! AND NO! THE STORY IS ALMOST OVER! I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT HTE STONE IS AN EGG!! OH MY.
