  1. ID Factors & Divisors of Numeric Values
    1. Factors: numbers that multiply to equal a number
      1. Ex: Factors of 90 are 9, 10, 90, 1, 30, 3, 2, 45, 18, 5, 15, and 6
      2. Divisors: A number by which another number is divided (factor=divisor)
        1. If you can't factor by memory alone, divide by random numbers until you find one that divides evenly
        2. Factor numeric values into lowest terms
          1. Factor the number into prime numbers
            1. Ex: The number 15 factors to 3 and 5, which are both prime
          2. Identify the GCF of numeric values
            1. List all factors of the given value.
              1. Ex: 81&9 Factors 81: 81, 1, 9, 27, 3 Factors 9: 3, 9, 1
              2. Find the largest factor
