4.1.2 Don't need to pay the extra costs of purchasing web authoring software. Because most computer got the general office packages.

4.1.3 the output is compatible with most browsers

4.2 Disadvantages

4.2.1 not able to create all features

4.2.2 Diffcult to edit the code especially if no one understands HTML
