What kind of media institution might distribute your magazine and why?

Bauer: this publisher wouldn't be suitable for my magazine because it main focused on big brand magazines such as Q and Kerrang!. I don't think that there is a gap here for my magazine as it is similar to these ones.
Wenner Media: This publisher would be suitable for my magazine, there is a gap for a magazine like this one. Although Wenner own big magazines like Rolling Stone and Us Weekly, my magazine could bring a different genre of music and style. It is younger and appeals to a wider audience therefore I think that it would sell very well.
I think that my magazine would benefit more if it could be sold online as well as in shops, this would give a greater chance of people buying it. If the magazine is very successful it can then go onto the shelves with other top magazine companies and can become very popular with the audience and maybe even other markets.
