Events at Gethsemane

Peter, James and John went further into the garden with him
Jesus; My soul is overwhelmed to the point of death

Jesus prayed; Father if it is possible may this cup be taken from me, yet not my will be done, but yours
Three times when he went back to the disciples he found them asleep
Judas; Greetings Rabbi, and kissed him
Jesus; Friend, do what you came for

Jesus was taken to Caiaphas, the High Priest
Two false witnesses came forward
Said; This fellow said I am able to destroy the temple of God and rebuild it in three days
Priest; Are you the son of God?
Yes it is as you say

Others attacked Jesus, spitting, punching and mocking him.
The Roman trial
The Jews handed Jesus over to Pilate
Jews presented the case as political in nature
Pilate; Are you the King of the Jews?
Jesus; Yes it is as you say
Pilate had no reason to charge him
Pilate felt uneasy about sentencing a man to death without any real evidence
Tradition to free a prisoner at Passover time
His wife had been told in a dream not to have anything to do with Jesus
The crowd chose to free Barabbas and wanted Jesus to be Crucified
Pilate washed his hands in front of the Crowd; I am innocent of this mans blood, it is your responsibility
The stone was rolled away from the tomb
Angel said to women; Do not be afraid; Jesus is not here, he is risen
Jesus appeared to the women and said; 'Greetings'
The women fell at his feet and worshipped him
