                    1. morally acceptable as it ensures the health of a baby
                      1. stops hereditary condition being based down so the kind thing to do
                        1. relieves the suffering of parents who will have to see a child die before another
                          1. allows children to fulfill their potential
                            1. parents get to watch children grow up
                            2. Arguments AGAINST SS
                              1. embryos are discarded in the process - Christians who believe in the sanctity of life will oppose
                                1. we do not value the child for what it is but what it can do

                                    1. the saviour siblings could be emotionally damaged when they find out they were born to save another sibling
