1. Emperor- Scholars- Farmers- Craftsmen and artisans- Merchants
  1. Farmers were respected because they made food which makes people live
  2. Artisans made items and were respected for their skill
2. Emperors ruled the country
3. Scholars were educated men who helped emperor and they were scribes/ administrators
4. Merchants were looked down apon because they had no skill and made money off others. No matter how wealthy they were, how many titles they bought they were NOT respected

1. Confucionism

3. Qin Shi Huangdi, first emperor built The great wall of China. Burried with terricotta warriors
4. Great Wall of China, it helps economy today
5. Historical evidence such as book "The Art of War"
Government and law
1. Harsh punishments, torture or death depending on the crime
2. The law was needed to maintain respect for the Emperor and show that he was above the citizens
3. The Government was educated and maintained order in China very well with their strict punishments
4. No one could contradict the emperors words
5. The government run the country by terrorising the country
6. Government were high on social status

1. Belief in afterlife

3. Confucism the philosophy
4. Daoism was similar to buddhism but was followed ever by buddhists
5. Yin and Yang created balance and was a theory many believed in
6. Buddah took his name meaning enlightened one
7. Laozi founder of daosm
8. Dao means the way
9. Buddhism founder was a prince who left palace searching for piece
Geograpgy
1. China was isolated from other countries due to its geographical structure
2. The Great wall also helped keep out other countries
3. It had many different climates throughout its regions
4. The Yellow river "cradle to civilisation"
