External and Internal

Internal Communication is the way of sharing information in an organization with the purpose of trading. Mail, fax, telephone and many more communication channels can be used to pass information with an organization.

External Information is the exchange of information and messages between an organization and other organizations. Face to face meetings, print or broadcast media and electronic communication technologies such as the internet.
