(d)Enzyme - a catalyst (or explained) Hormone - a (chemical) messenger (or explained) 

(e)Biuret - (test for) proteinBenedict’s (Fehling’s) - (test for) reducing sugar (or glucose or maltose)

(f)Fats - (lipids) solid at room temp Oils - (lipids) liquid at room temp
